Damon Orrill is the founder of L&L Project Consulting, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of hands‑on experience across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Beginning his career as a welder in 1996, Damon built his expertise from the field up, developing a deep understanding of how quality, safety, and accountability impact every stage of a project.

Throughout his career, Damon has earned a reputation for technical excellence, integrity, and practical problem-solving. His background includes certification from the American Welding Society (AWS CWI) and extensive experience as a coating inspector, process mechanical specialist, and corrosion professional. With advanced knowledge in corrosion prevention, corrosion risk assessment, cathodic protection, and industrial inspection, Damon is recognized for his ability to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions that protect both schedules and budgets.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and consultant, Damon works closely with owners, contractors, and project teams to strengthen quality control, improve processes, and reduce costly rework. His approach is proactive and solution-driven—focused not only on compliance, but on helping projects run more efficiently and perform better long after completion.
